How to Measure Your Head

Using a flexible measuring tape, place the tape around your head, positioning it just above your ears and wrapping it completely around your head.

Keep the measuring tape comfortably snug without pulling it too tightly. Hold the point where the tape meets and check the measurement in inches. This is your head circumference and will help you select the correct FINEHAIR cap size.

Between Two Sizes?

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. For example, if your head measures 21.5", select a Medium (22"). The adjustable straps can then be tightened as needed for a secure fit.

International Shipping

Returns

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the BoB must remain unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. The lace must remain completely intact and uncut, and nothing may be removed or altered from the unit.

For approved eligible returns, FINEHAIR will cover the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How Often Should I Wash My BoB?

Washing frequency depends on how often your BoB is worn. Because it is made with 100% human hair, it should be cared for similarly to natural human hair. Washing helps remove oil and product buildup while maintaining the quality of the hair.

What Should I Use to Wash My BoB?

Use a high-quality shampoo and conditioner suitable for human hair. Handle the hair gently during washing and conditioning.

Can I Use Heat?

Yes. Heat can be used on your FINEHAIR BoB. We recommend using temperature-controlled styling tools and always applying a heat protectant before styling.

Can I Color My BoB?

If your BoB has already been professionally colored, we recommend avoiding additional color processing, as repeated chemical treatments may compromise the quality of the hair.

How Should I Care for the Lace?

Lace is the most delicate part of your BoB and should always be handled with extra care. Avoid excessive pulling, scratching, stretching, or tugging on the lace. When cleansing the unit, handle the lace gently.
